They’re all avid bicyclists and will come together, with a few others, for a common cause; Childhood cancer.
Together we’ll head out in the early morning hours of May 15th on a 75 mile journey to Montauk Point symbolic of the arduous journey a child must endure as they navigate a cancer treatment regimen.
Our ride will support the best in childhood cancer research funded by the St Baldrick’s Foundation. Since no hospital has a monopoly on good ideas, St. Baldrick’s funds the most promising research — no matter where it happens. More than 200 experts review the many grant applications the foundation receives choosing the research that will have the greatest impact
The funding for that research takes people like you! Together, St Baldrick’s supports more childhood cancer research grants than any other charity.
