I am posting this ride for the Metric century. Please read carefully

We will be leaving at 9:00 am
Please arrive at least a half hour early so you can check in at the check in point.
If you are taking the train back this is where you need to come back to. Your bikes will be delivered here.
Depending on the traffic you may arrive before the bikes so please wait.
You will need to buy your ticket BEFORE you get on the train. There is a ticket machine at the train station so best if you buy with a credit card.  There is a $$$ Penalty if you buy your ticket on the train.

At the end of the ride there are plently of places to eat and relax and  You still need to get from town to the train station which is about a mile out of town. You can bring a bag with your clothes if you want to change when you get to Montauk so please make sure your bag can close and has your identification on the outside of the bag. Back pack is ideal for this. Please get your bag as soon as you get into Montauk.
You will give your bag to Janet Mazzola who will be at the Mastic Train station and will take your bags out to Montauk.
When giving your bikes to be loaded on the truck please remove anything that can easily break such as Garmins, mirrors or lights as SBRA is not repsonsible for any damage to those types of items even though the bikes are loaded with care!

Last but not least for those of you that are taking the train back, you can try to take your bike on the train.
There is a train at 3:16 pm and 5:19 pm that you can get on if you don't want to wait for the later train and have your bikes come back on the truck. There are NO BIKES ALLOWED ON THE 7:42 TRAIN..

Tickets to Mastic are $7.00 or $3.50 for Seniors.. Remember to buy your ticket before getting on the train.( See John Mullers post about the app you can put on your phone and buy your ticket that way)
