    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Tour of Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook, Setauket, Old Field.

    This is a hilly ride, but it skips the toughest climbs, we go down Cordwood, not up.

    Pace will be a "B" effort, average will be lower due to the climbing.

    Group stays together, nobody gets dropped, wait-ups as needed.

    Snack stop at Stony Brook Village, Crazy Beans.

    Any changes will be posted by 7 am the morning of the ride.
